Mathews, Miles R. Meadows, __ H. Taylor, Jeremiah Mathews, Terryl B. Wilson, Charles R. Green, Peter Holloway, Francis Reviere, Benjamin Torbert, William Traylor, William McKinny, Philip Cunningham, John Traylor, John N. Webb, James Garrett, James McCoy, Jeptha F. Walker, Jeremiah R. Mann, Abner Abercrombie, Lennel M. Gatlin; in the name and behalf of the citizens of Georgia, charge and accuse Nathaniel Waller of the County and State aforesaid, with the offence of assault and battery; For the said Nathaniel Waller in the County aforesaid on the thirteenth day of March in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and fifty two with force and arms in and upon one Epsey C. Beard in the peace of God and said State, then and there being, did make an assault and __ the said Epsey C. Beard, did then and there, unlawfully beat, wound and ill-treat; and other wrongs to the said Epsey C. Smith, foreman Where upon it is considered and adjudged by the court that the defendant Nathaniel Waller pay a fine of Twenty five dollars and the cost of prosecution; and it is further ordered by the Court that the defendant have leave to give security and stay execution sixty days as in civil cases.
