All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/ga/gafiles.htm ************************************************ File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by: Tammey McGinty tammeymcginty@aol.com January 15, 2003, 8:24 am 1.11 D Written: December 10 1831 Recorded: May 6 1833 georgia Upson Court This Indenture made this tenth day December Eighteen Hundred and Thirty one between George M.Christian executor of Ed L.Christian deceases of the county of Madison and state aforesaid of the one past and Thomas B.Greene of the county and state aforesaid of the other past Witnesseth that the said George M.Christian for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars to him in hand paid the reciept whereof is hereby acknowledeged hath this day bargained,sold conveyed and releaved and by these forever deth and bargained,sell, convey and relieve with the said Thomas B.Greene or his legal responsibilities forever, all that tract of parcel of land containing two hundred two and a half acres more or less lying and being in said county of Upson formely Monroe on the waters of oak chinifky known by lot number one hundred and fifty seven in the elventh district of Upson County bounded North by a vacant lot on the South by Ward and Lindair in the East by Jesse Lindair on the West by said Greene-the rights and titles of the above said parcel of land together with all the singular the members and oppurtunances therewit belonging or in any wise opportaining.I the said George M.Christian do bind myself ,my heirs or against the claim or claims of all and every other person whatsoever,in fee simple.
