Curry of the county aforesaid of the one part & Charley J. Shelton of the same place of the other part with ___ that the said William L. Curry for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars to him in hand paid at & before the leasing & delivery of the presents the receipts whereof is here by acknowledged hath granted bargained Sold & delivered and by these presents to grant bargain sell & convey unto the Charles J. Shelton his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land drawn by & in the name of him the said William L. Curry situate being & lying in the county of Henry known & distinguished in the plant of said County by the number of [87] Eighty Seven in the seventeenth district to have & to hold the said tract or parcel of land unto him the said Charles J. Shelton his heirs & assigns together with all and singular the rights members & appurtenances thereof to the same in any manner belonging to his & their own proper will benefit & behoofs forever & in fee simple & the said William L. Curry for himself his heirs executors & administrators the said bargained premises unto the said Charles J. Shelton his heirs & assigns will warrant & forever defend the right & title thereof William L. Curry {Seal} whatsoever in witness whereof the said William L.
