State of Georgia,Upson County: 
This Indenture made and entered this Sixtenth day of
March in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight
Hundred and Forty Nine between Thomas B.Greene of
the one part and Robert M.Collier of the other part
both of the county and state abovesaid Witnesseth
that for and in consideration of the sum of Four
Hundred and Fifty Dollars cash in hand paid at and
befor signing sealing and delivery of these present
the receipts whereof is hereby acknowledged the said
Thomas B.Greene hath and doth by these present grant
bargain sell and convey unto the said Robert
M.Collier all that tract or parcel of land situate
and lying and being in the tenth district of
originally Monroe now Upson County known in the
place of said district  by the number one hundred
nine(109)containing one hundred and fifty acres be
the same more or less being the East half and North
corner of the same lot or parcel of land with all
the rights numbers and oppurtunances to said lot or
parcel of land in any wise oppurtaining to or
belonging - to have and to hold the said lot or
parcel of land unto him the said Robert M.Collier
his heirs executors administrators and assigns
forever in fee simple and the said Thomas B.Greene
the right and title to said lot or parcel of land
will forever warrant and defend against claim of
himself his heirs and assigns and all other persons
whomsoever.

In testimony whereof the said Thomas B.Greene hath
here unto set his hand and affixed his seal the day
and year first above written.
