Fambro three thousand two hundred and fifty dollars in full of all right title interest claims for deceased now and forever hereafter except that portion of property loaned to Amelia?? A. Kraft under the will of James Hightower late of said county deceased in and to all and singular the legacy to his daughter Elizabeth L. formerly White now Elizabeth L. Fambro, wife of the said Allen G. Fambro which was by virtue of said will loaned to her the said Elizabeth during her life and bequeathed to her children at her death provided she has three children living at the time of her death or in the same proportion if less than three living children at her death to hereby relinquishing all claims which I may now have made said will except that portion above specified dependent upon any contingency whatever to the said Allen G. Fambro his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns forever. In testimony whereof I John M. White one of the children of said Elizabeth L.
