Ivey, wife of Stokes P. Ivey and also in consideration of the sum of Five dollars to me in hand paid have this day given granted & conveyed - and be these presents do give grant and convey unto James M. Hightower of Said State & County in trust recoertheless for the sole & separate use benefit and behoof of my said daughter Albina C. Ivey and not to be subject to any debts or contracts of her husband either now existing or that may be hereafter made in any way or manner whatever a certain negro boy slave named Sam about Fifteen years of age - To have and to hold said negro boy slave unto the said James M. Hightower in trust as aforesaid for the said Albine C. Ivey and in case the said Albine C.
