Georgia }} Upson County }} This indenture made and Entered into this Sixth day of December in the Year of our Lord One thousand Eighteen hundred and thirty between Nathan Jones of the State and County aforesaid of the one part and Dinkins Ivey of the County of Warren of the other part Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the Sum of One hundred and fifty dollars to him in hand paid this receipt is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained Sold and Conveyed unto the said Dinkins Ivey a part of Lot No fifty nine [59] Situate lying and being in the Sixteenth [16] dist. of formerly Houston but now Upson County to have and to hold the aforesaid parcel of Land to himself his heirs Executors Administrators and assigns forever And the said Nathan Jones doth forever warrant and defent the Said Parcel of Land against himself his heirs and assigns forever In Testimony hereof I have hereunto Set my hand and affixed my Seal Nathan Jones [LS] Signed in the presence of }} C.
