Upson County Campground Indenture

	This indenture made the 26th day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred 
and seventy-eight between the trustees of the Upson County Campground viz R. M.
Blalock, F. F. 
Mathews, James S. Tisinger, Thomas G. Andrews and W. E. McAndrews of the county of
Upson of the 
one part: and William E. Middlebrooks and James A. Middlebrooks of the county of
Upson of the other 
part.
	Witnesseth the said viz R. M. Blalock, F. F. Mathews, James S. Tisinger, Thomas G.
Andrews and W. 
E. McAndrews for and in consideration of the sum of $825 in hand paid at and before
the sealing of 
these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted, bargained,
sold, aliened, 
conveyed and confirmed and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, alien and
convey and confirm 
unto the said William Middlebrooks and James A. Middlebrooks, their heirs and
assigns, all that tract or 
parcel of land situated, lying and being in the Tenth district of the original
Monroe County now Upson 
County containing one hundred and two and one fourth acres more or less.  The one
hundred and two 
and one fourth acres more or less in the west half of lot number twenty-six (26).
The two and a half 
acres more or less is off the northeast corner of lot number forty-three (43) known
as the old Upson 
County Campground land.  To have and to hold the said described land with all and
singular the rights, 
members, and appurtenances to the only use benefit behoof of them the said William
E. Middlebrooks 
and James A. Middlebrooks, their heirs, executors, administrators, and in fee
simple, and the said R. M. 
Blalock, F. F. Mathews, James S. Tisinger, Thomas G. Andrews and W. E. McAndrews
Trustees
land unto the said William E. Middlebrooks and James A. Middlebrooks.
