	This indenture made this the sixteen day of February in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and thirty-four between Richard W. Ward of the one
part and John Willett both of the county and state aforesaid of the other part.
 Witnesseth that the said Richard W. Ward for and in consideration of the sum of
one hundred dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery
of these presents this receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted,
bargained, sold, and conveyed and do by these grant, bargain, sell, and convey
unto the said John Willett, his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of
land situated ?? and being in the eleventh district of originally Monroe now
Upson. ??? and distinguished at the North west corner of Lot number one hundred
to have and to hold said tract or parcel of lands unto him the said John
Willett, his heirs and assigns together with all and singular the members and
appurtenances  ---- in any manner belonging to his and this own proper use,
benefit in fee simple.  And the said Richard W. Ward for himself, his heirs,
assigns and administrators the said bargained premises unto the said John
Willett, his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right and
title thereof against themselves.
		In witness whereof the said Richard W. Wards hath hereunto set his hand and
seal the day and year above written.
