1. Deed Book F, page 528  1846.  In consideration that Elizabeth White hath this
day executed a deed in fee simple to me for lot of land number two in the tenth
district of originally Monroe not Upson County, the west half of lot number
three in the same district…. eight negroes 9sic)

Deed Book F, page 518, 519  A. J. White buys land lot 10 -33 from Richard Ford
of Union Hill.


December 30, 1836

Sum of three hundred dollars to me in hand paid by the said E. White, or by
notes to the amount of one hundred and seventh-five dollars paid Christmas and
the rest twelve months thereafter at or before the sealing and delivering of
these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged.  I have bargained and
sold unto the said E. White her heirs and assigns,??? one hundred acres of lot
number sixty-five drawn in Monroe now Upson County, the line running east and
west, the south side of said lot which lays broad side of sixty-four in the
tenth district which hundred acres I the said Blackston do by these presents
relinquish all the rights and title and interest or claim and which I the said
Blackston, my heirs, executors, administrators and all other persons whatsoever
in fee simple.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my name and affixed my seal this day and
date written above.
