Full Title: AN ACT to be entitled an act to create a new Brigade in the Fifth Division of Georgia Militia, and to attach the same to the Fifth Division.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Georgia in General Assembly met, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That from and immediately after the passage of this act, the counties of Monroe, Upson, and Butts shall form the third brigade of the fifth division of Georgia militia -- any laws or parts of laws militating against this act be and they are hereby repealed.
