ARCH ADAMS Co. C 3rd Reg't, GA. Calvary Vols., C. S. A. Filed 1909 May 3rd 1909 To The United Daughters Of The Confederacy. The undersigned, residing in Thomaston, Upson Co. Ga. Who is an ex-Confederate soldier, and NOT a member of ANY camp U.C. Vs. hereby, at your request, presents this Certificate of Eligibility for a Confederate Cross of Honor. He entered the service of the Confederate States on the __ day of April 1864, as a PRIVATE in Company C of the 3rd GA. Regiment of Calvary Volunteers C.S.A. and was at that time a resident of TALBOT County. He was honorably discharged from service from service by SURRENDER on the 26, Day of April 1865, at which time he held rank of PRIVATE. Respectfully, J.
