Robert W.Greene enlisted in the Confederecy as 1st
Sgt. with the Ga 46th Reg.Inf. on March 4,1862 then
on Aug.1,1862 transfered to GA 32nd Reg.Inf. Co.I
Woodson Guards.Robert was killed in the last battle
between the states on March 15,1865 at Averysboro
N.C. Robert was a widower and left two small children
behind.
