1878- The Upson Enterprise Special Court-

Judge HALL has ordered a special term of Upson Superior
Court for the first Monday in July, to try the Case of
The State VS. LUCINDA CUNNINGHAM col. charged with being
a accomplish of the murder of her husband.

DICK DAWSON, the convicted murdered is to be hung July
5th, and JUDGE HALL wants the State to have the benefit
his dying declarations. Thirty six jurors have been
summoned for this special term.
