Adams, 79, were held Sunday, March 20 at 2 0'clock at the Chapel of Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home with Dr. Robert M. Hoffmann officiating. Burial was in Glenwood Cemetery. Mr. Adams died Friday, March 18. He resided at 729 West Main Street and was a retired automobile salesman. The native Upsonian was a member of the old East Thomaston Band and seved as a pilot with the Civil Air Patrol on submarine watch duty in World War 11. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Olive Barron-Adams, one sister, Mrs.John Wilson, Chattanooga, Tenn., several nieces and nephews.
