Mr. William Harold (Jim) Bethune
Mr. William Harold (Jim) Bethune, 55, of 111 G Circle died Saturday, Dec. 13 at 
the Upson County Hospital.  Funeral services were held Monday, Dec. 15,1986 at 
2 p.m. at Coggins Chapel.
The Revs. R. C. Prescott and Harley McLendon officiated.  Burial was held in 
Mud Bridge Baptist Church Cemetery.  Coggins Funeral Home was in charge of 
arrangements.
Mr. Bethune retired from the Thomaston Mills as a beam hauler.  He was an 
Upsonian for 40 years.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Barbara Bethune of Thomaston, two daughters;  
Mrs. Vicki Roberts and Mrs. Christi Coggins, both of Thomaston, one brother, 
Mr. Aubrey Bethune of Thomaston, three sisters;  Mrs. Virginia Carmichael, Mrs. 
Versie Hill and Mrs. Ruthie Foster, all of Thomaston.  One grandchild also 
survives.
