Jim Bethune, 55

Mr. William Harold (Jim) Bethune, 55, 111 G. Circle, died December 13 at the Upson County Hospital.
Mr. Bethune lived in Upson County for 40 years and was retired from the Thomaston Mills where he was a Beam Hauler.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Barbara Bethune, of Thomaston, two daughters, Mrs. Vikki Roberts and Mrs. Christi Coggins, both of Thomaston, one brother, Aubrey Bethune of Thomaston, three sisters, Mrs.Virginia Carmichael, Mrs. Versie Hill, and Mrs. Ruthie Foster, all of Thomaston, and one grandchild.
Funeral services for Mr. Bethune were held Monday, December 15, at 2 p.m. in the Coggins Funeral Home Chapel.  Rev. R.C. Prescott and Rev. Harley McLendon officiated and interment was in Mud Bridge Baptist Church Cemetery.
