Funeral services were held Wednesday, Dec. 6th at 11 a.m. at the chapel of Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home. The Rev. Alan Blount officiated. Interment was held in South View Cemetery. Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Mr. Blalock was a native of Towns County. He was a member of the Rattlesnakes CB’s of Forsyth (No. 86) and a veteran of the Korean War. Mr. Blalock was a resident of Forsyth for four years prior to moving to Upson County in January 1985. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Blalock of Thomaston, four daughters: Mrs. Catherine Hudson of Thomaston, Mrs. Connie Blalock Peek, Mrs. Donna Dewberry, and Mrs. Mary Sue Dewberry, all of Forsyth, two sons: Roger of Riverdale and Charles of Forsyth.
