Funeral Rites Held for Mrs. Booth, 90
Funeral services for Mrs. Letcher Neisler Booth, 90,
were held Wednesday, June 15, 1983, at 11 o’clock at
Crowell United Methodist Church with Rev. W. C.
Bowen and Rev. Lowry Brantley officiating.  Burial
was in Union Campground Cemetery in Taylor County
with Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home in charge of the
arrangements. 

Mrs. Booth died Monday, June 13 at Providence
Medical Care Home.  She was a native of Taylor
County and was a resident of Taylor County before
moving to Thomaston several years ago.  She was a
member of Crowell United Methodist Church for the
past 45 years.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Carolyn
Knight, Thomaston, Mrs. Eleanor Peed, Butler, two
sons;  Edwin Booth, Macon, Hugh Booth, Reynolds.
Seventeen grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren
also survive.
