Benjamin Rumsey Bridges, age 44, died suddenly at
his residence near Thomaston Thursday night.  He is
survived by three daughters, Misses Ruth, Catherine,
and Opal of Thomaston, two sisters, Mrs. Annie
Bridges of Molena, Ga., Mrs. Grace Bearden of
Louisiana; six brothers, J. M. Bridges of Raleigh,
Ga., Howard Bridges of Columbus, Ga.,  W. H. Bridges
of LaGrange, Ga., Cliff Bridges of Louisiana and M.
H. and Paul Bridges of Florida.

The remains was carried to Bethesda church near
Manchester, Ga., Saturday for funeral and interment,
with the Rev. W. H. Venable officiating.
