Dora R. Brooks, 89
Funeral services for Mrs. Dora R. Brooks, 89, of
Molena, were held Saturday, March 1, at 11:00 a.m.
in Smyrna Baptist Church.  Rev. Cooper Locke, Rev.
Wilburn Rogers and Rev. Doug Adcock officiated and
burial was in the church cemetery.  Pasley-Fletcher
Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Brooks died February 26, in Meriwether Memorial
Hospital at Warm Springs.  She was a native of
Meriwether County and a retired employee of the
Martha Mills Division of the B. F. Goodrich Company.
She was a member of the Smyrna Baptist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Pauline Bishop of
Molena, one son, James of Molena, two sisters, Mrs.
Mary Canady of Thomaston and Mrs. Opal Head of
Ashburn and a brother, Hugh Rogers of Thomaston.
Six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and
three great great grandchildren also survive.
