Mrs. Ella Lee Smith Brown

Thomaston - Mrs. Ella Lee Smith Brown, age 83, of
301 Wilson Way, Thomaston, died at the Upson County
Hospital on Friday, September 26.  Funeral services
were held at the Palsy-Fletcher Chapel at 2 p.m. on
Saturday, September 27, with the Rev. W. C. Bowen
and the Rev. Ed Jump officiating.  Interment was in
the Hill View Annex Cemetery in LaGrange, Ga.
Palsy-Fletcher Funeral Home was in charge of
arrangements.

Mrs. Brown was a native of Anniston, Ala., but had
lived in Upson County for the past 16 years.  She is
survived by one brother, Gus Smith of LaGrange, one
sister, Mrs. Jeanette Tillman  of Thomaston, and
several nieces and nephews also survive.
