Mr. Aldine Burkett
Mr. Aldine Burkett, 56, of 120 R Street, Thomaston died
Tuesday morning, August  25. 1981 at the Upson County
Hospital. Funeral Services will be held August 27th at
the Chapel of Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home with the Rev.
Don Howell officiating the service.   Pasley-Fletcher
Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.
Interment will be at Southview Cemetery.

Mr. Burkett was a retired shift foreman at Martha Mills,
division of B.F. Goodrich Co., a member of Fellowship
Baptist Church and Morning Star, Lodge 27, F & AM, Army
veteran of World War 11 and a native of Upson County. Mr.
Burkett is survived by his wife Mrs. Lorene McDaneil
Burkett of Thomaston, three sons, Mr. Glenn Burkett of
Pensacola, Fla., Mr. Edward Burkett of Morrow, Ga., and
Mr. Gary Burkett of Thomaston.  Three brothers, Mr.
Leonard Burkett, Mr. Frank Burkett, and Mr. Felton
Burkett,  one sister, Mrs. Rozelle Mullins , all of
Thomaston.  And one granddaughter, Miss Leslie Burkett of
Jonesboro, Ga.
