Mrs. V.P. Butler Dead

Mrs. V. P. Butler died on Thursday March 21, 1918, at the
home of her daughter, Mrs. Jake King. She was 59 years of
age and lived in Barnesville until two years ago, when
she came to live with her daughter, Mrs. J. B. King.

She is survived by two Sisters, Mrs. Carrie Brown of
Thomaston, and Mrs. Nettie Matthews of Ft. Valley, one
brother Mr. Tommie Goode of Thomaston, four daughters;
Mrs. J.B. King of Thomaston, Mrs. E. A. Baird, of
Moultrie, Mrs. W. O. Dunn, of Cedartown, and one son, Mr.
W. L.  Butler, of Moultrie.

The funeral was held at the home at 3:00 o'clock on
Friday afternoon and the body interred in Glenwood
cemetery. the services were conducted by Rev. R. M.
Dixon.
