Mrs. Kate B. Chappell
Funeral services were conducted for Mrs. Kate B.
Chappell, 82, of 317 4th Avenue, at Coggins Funeral
Home Chapel Saturday, December 21, 1985, at 2:00
p.m.   John W. Morris officiated.  Mrs. Chappell
died at the Upson County Hospital Thursday, December
19.

Interment was held in Crystal Hill Cemetery.
Coggins Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Chappell retired form Expositiion Textile
Mills.  She has been a resident of Thomaston for 10
years.

She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Evelyn
Alexander of Thomaston, one son, Mr. Clarence Gerald
Chappell of Thomaston,  one brother, Mr. Fred Barnes
of Villa Rica, one sister, Mrs. Jewell Pearce of
Gadsen, Ala.  Six grandchildren and one great
grandchild also survive.
