Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at 4 p.m. at Fincher Methodist Church, with Rev. Ann Mae White officiating. Interment was held in Fincher Cemetery.Coggins Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Cochran was a native and life-long resident of Pike County and had recently become a resident of Providence Nursing Care Center in Thomaston. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Carl Harden of Thomaston, Mrs. John C. Noulis of Griffin, and Mrs. Jake L. Howell of Lake Sinclair; one son, Rev. W. E. Cochran of Ellaville, three brothers, Marvin Cook and Roger Cook of Thomaston and Milton Cook of Griffin; nine sisters, Mrs. Ruby Piper and Mrs. Myrtle Burnette of Barnesville, Mrs. Lucille Cauthen of Milner, Mrs. Marie Bolton of Thomaston, Mrs. Hazel Cauthen of Meansville, Mrs. Virginia Anderson of Warner Robins, Mrs. Elmer Prater, Mrs. Helen Kittrell and Mrs. Betty Murphy of Griffin. 15 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.
