Cochran, age 83, of 200 Harp Road, Thomaston was dead on arrival at the Upson County Hospital on Saturday, December 13, 1980. Funeral services were held at the Fincher Methodist Church at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 15 with the Rev. Dan Brown and the Rev. Robert Akins officiating. Interment was in Fincher Cemetery in Pike County. Coggins Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Mr. Cochran was a native of Pike County, but had lived in Upson for one year. He was a retired farmer and was self-employed. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ozell Cochran of Thomaston, one daughter, Mrs. John Martin, of Thomaston, two sons; Milton T. of Meansville and Doug of Thomaston, one brother Carl G. of Meansville and one sister Mrs.?
