Mattie F.Corley, Thomaston


Death claimed Mrs. Mattie Fowler Corley,age 86,of
Route 2 Kendall Road, At the Upson County Hospital
last Saturday morning.Funeral services were held
yesterday at 2 o'clock from the New Hope Primitive
Baptist Church with the Rev. William B.Glover and
Elder C.J.Benfield officiating. Burial was in New
Hope Church Cemetery with Pasley-Fletcher Funeral
Home in charge of arrangements.


Mrs. Corley is survived by a daughter,Mrs. Alfred
Hardage, Thomaston,and two grandsons,Jimmy Hardage,
Thomaston and Don Sumnar,Texas. Several nieces and
nephews also survive. Mrs Corley was a native
Upsonian.
