Mrs. Cephat Cotton
Thomaston-Death claimed Mrs. Cepha Taylor Cotton,
age 72, of Route 4, Crest Road, on Thursday, 1978 at
the Upson County Hospital after an extended illness.
Funeral services were held Sunday at 4:30 p.m. from
the Coggins Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Foy
Perkins, the Rev. Gene McCard and the Rev. A. B.
Wallace officiating.  Burial was in Crystal Hill
Cemetery.

Mrs. Cotton was a native of Roanoke, Ala., but had
lived in Upson County for 47 years.  She was a
retired employee of the B. F. Goodrich Company,
Thomaston Division. Survivors include two sons, J.
S. Taylor, Warner Robbins, and Ed Taylor, Thomaston,
11 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
