Memorial services for Henry Thaddeus Crawley,67 of
Reynolds,were held on Wednesday,October 21 at the
Chapel of Goddard Funeral Home in Reynolds with
Rev.Ben Guined officiating. Burial was in the
Reynolds Cemetery.


Mr.Crawley, prominent Reynolds attorney,died on
Monday ,October 19 at the Veterans Adminstration
Hospital in Atlanta folling a lengthy illness.The
native Upsonian resided in Reynolds for 33 years. He
was a World War II Navy veteran,received Juris
Doctrate from the University of Georgia Law School
and he was a member of the Georgia Bar Association
and American Bar Association,Phi Alpha Delta Law
Fraternity. For the past 33 years Mr Crawley
practiced law in Taylor County and he was a member
of the Reynolds Kiwanis Club.


Survivors include his wife Mrs.Mary Neisler
Crawley;three sons,Charles G
Crawley,Sarasota,Fla;Will N Crawley and Michael
B.Crawley,both of Reynolds ;one daughter,Mary
L.Crawley,Athens;three sisters,Mrs Odessa C.Allen
and Mrs Mittye Barnes, both of Thomaston;Mrs Ruby
C.Lightfoot,Smyrna: two brothers, Harry
A.Crawley,Monroe;Virgil Y.Crawley,Melrose,Fla
