DALLAS

Judge George Dallas, 84 died at his residence Sunday
afternoon, April 8, following several months' illness.

Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 3:30
o'clock from the residence of Mrs. R.E. Dallas, with Rev.
R.D. Dodd officiating and interment was made in the
family plot at Bethesda Cemetery.

Judge Dallas is survived by the following nieces and
nephews: Col W.M. Dallas and Edwin Dallas of Thomaston,
Bert Dallas of Tennessee, Sim Dallas of Atlanta, Mrs.
D.T. Murphy of Florida, Misses Brown and Mary Dallas of
Atlanta, Misses Weaver and Kathryn Dallas of New York.
