Mrs. Naomi G. Dawson

Mrs. Naomi G. Dawson , age 83, of Yatesville died
Friday afternoon, April 30, 1982, in the Griffin-
Spalding County Hospital. Funeral services were held
Sunday, May 2, in the Antioch Baptist Church of
Yatesville.   The Rev. Don Breland officiated and
the Rev. Frankie Tyson assisted the service.
Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home was in charge of
arrangements.  Interment was in Antioch Church
Cemetery.

Mrs. Dawson was a native of Upson County and a
member of the Antioch Baptist Church. Survivors
include her daughters, Mrs. Chester N. berry, Mrs.
Mellie Stansell both of Yatesville, Mrs. Frank Boyt,
Mrs. Frank Carpenter, both of Thomaston.  Three
sons:  Mr. Walter Dawson of Orlando, Fla., Mr.
Charlie W, Dawson of Yatesville, and Mr. Wilbur
Dawson of Thomaston,  one sister, Mrs. Otis Bennett
of Thomaston.  22 grandchildren and 19 great
grandchildren also survive.
