  LOCAL DEATHS

Mr. Stone Wall Drake, age 70, died at the residence
of his daughter, Mrs. Muzett Isbell in Silvertown, Friday 
Morning March 5th, 1943. 

He was reared in Bairdstown, GA. and moved to Upson Co.
about 14 years ago.

Funeral Services and interment was held at Bairdstown Sunday afternoon. Rev. J.C. Elliott Officiating.

He is survived by four daughters; Mrs. Sallie Lunceford, Bairdstown,
Mrs. Sallie Shuman, Mrs. Muzett Isbell of Thomaston; Mrs. Nora Lee 
Jay, Social Circle. Four Sons; Messers C.L. Sam., Uhel and Robert Drake all of Silvertown. Three brothers; Charles Drake, White Hall GA.; Lem Drake, Ft. Smith, Ark; and Hood Drake; Eatonton GA. Seventeen grandchildren and two great grand children.

Other Info- Wife was Almedia Hubbard Drake who died in 1927.
They are buried together in Bairdstown.
