Mrs. Eugene Dumas 

died at her home in the city last Saturday after a lingering illness. Her remains were buried at Trice's Cemetery Sunday and the funeral exercises being conducted by Rev. J.Y. Allen.

  The death of Mrs. Dumas was very sad. She leaves five young children, her husband having preceded her to the grave only a few months. The deceased was a member of The Baptist Church.d
  The sympathy of the people of the community is extended to the members of the family of the deceased.
