Sunday Rites Held for Mrs. Dunnahoo

Final rites for Mrs. Gwen T. Dunnahoo, 76, were held
at the Chapel of Palsy-Fletcher Funeral Home with
Dr. Harold Smith officiating.  Burial was in
Glenwood Cemetery.

Mrs. Dunnahoo died Saturday, June 11, 1983, at
Riverside Medical Center.  She resided at 806
Kingston Road and was a member of the First United
Methodist Church and the Retired Senior Citizens
Club. Mrs. Dunnahoo, a native of Butts County,
resided in Upson County for 60 years and was a
former employee of Maxwell’s Store. Survivors
include two daughters:  Mrs. G. W. ( Jerry) Hickman,
Thomaston, and Mrs. Joyce Gilmore, Hampton, one
sister, Mrs. Gaynelle Johnson, Thomaston, and 10
grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
