Charles A. Ferguson Laid to Rest Here
  Charles A. Ferguson, 66 year-old Upsonian, died at an Atlanta Hospital 
Thursday afternoon following several months of ill health.  Funeral services 
were held at the Pasley Funeral Chapel Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m. with the 
Rev. William H. Gardner officiating.  Interment was in Glenwood Cemetery.
  He was survived by one daughter, Mrs. Martha Howell and three sons, Paul, 
Perry and Ben Ferguson, all of Thomaston; one sister, Mrs. Joe Peirce, 
Woodland; two brothers, J. T. Ferguson, Woodland; and M. J. Ferguson, Ambrose, 
Ga.

Additional Comments:
Marriage - July 18, 1909 Charles (Charlie) Alfred Ferguson to (Martha) Hexie 
Williams.  Also being submitted to at least the Upson County, Georgia, webpage 
are the obituaries of his wife (Martha) Hexie Williams Ferguson, and four 
children, Charles Paul Ferguson, Perry Kyle Ferguson, Martha Ferguson Howell, 
Benjamin "Ben" Thompson Ferguson.
