     Mr. R. A. Fincher, of Thomaston, Dies
Thomaston, Ga., Feb. 2 - Mr. R. A. Fincher, 77, died
Tuesday evening at the residence of his sister, Mrs.
J. H. Persons, after an illness of only a few days. 
He had been a Thomaston merchant for a number of
years, but retired recently.

Funeral services will be  held at 10 o'clock
Thursday morning at the Persons home, with Rev. J.
M. Tumlin, Rev. J. R. Morehead and Elder S. H.
Whatley officiating.  Interment will be in the
family plot at Culloden, his boyhood home.

Deceased is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Persons
and Mrs. R. E. Bankston, of Culloden, and four
brothers, C. S. Fincer, of Roberta; W. T. and H. D.
Fincher of Culloden, and J. J. Fincher, of
Thomaston.
