Mrs. Tommye Barron Jones
Thomaston---Mrs. Tommye Barron Jones, age 77, of 703 Greenwood Road, Thomaston, 
died at the Upson County Hospital earyl Wednesday morning, February 18, 1981.  
Funeral services will be held at the First United Methodist Church at 4 p.m. on 
Thursday, February 19 with the Rev. W. C. Bowen officiating.  Interment will be 
in Glenwood Cemetery.  Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home are in charge of the 
arrangements.
Mrs. Jones was a native of Upson County.  Together with her husband, the late 
Oscar D. Jones, operated O. W. Jones & Son Hardware.  She was a member of the 
First United Methodist Church.
She is survived by two sons;  Davis Jones of Thomaston, Oscar W. Jones 11 of 
Decatur, one sister, Mrs. Tom Cason of Thomaston, three grandchildren and two 
great grandchildren also survive.
