Final rites held Jan. 5 for Annie Sue Franklin
Funeral services for Mrs. Annie Sue Milner Franklin, 79, of Zebulon were held 
Sat. Janurary 5 at 2:00 p.m. at Zebulon United Methodist Church.  Rev. Robert 
L. Reynolds officiated, assisted by Rev. James Sanders.  Burila was in the 
church cemetery.
Mrs. Franklin died Thursday night, Jan. 3 at the providence Nursing Home.  She 
had been a resident of Pike County for 55 years, coming there as a Home 
Economics teacher and later she taught in the Zebulon Elementary and High 
Schools.  She was a member of the Zebulon United Methodist Church, the United 
Mehtodist Women, and the Pike County Retired Teachers.
She is survived by one son, William W. Franklin of Jackson, Mississippi.
Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
