Mrs. Maude L. Hancock Hardy
Thomaston---Mrs. Maude L. Hancock Hardy, 84, of 80 Glencliff Road died at 
providence Nursing Home early Thursday afternoon,  Aug. 6...(hand written death 
date at top --not sure if the date is 81 or 87)
Funeral services were held August 8 in the Chapel of Pasley-Fletcher Funeral 
Home. Elder John Hendricks officiated at the service.  Interment was at 
Friendship Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Hardy is survived by five daughters;  Mrs. Lee Abernathy of Barnesville, 
Mrs. Bryant Johnson, Mrs. Marshall Richardson, Mrs. Ted Matthews and Mrs. Edgar 
Legg, all of Thomaston, one brother, Claude Hancock of Thomaston, two sisters;  
Mrs. Curt Woodson of Thomaston and Mrs. Ed Bowling of New Smyrna Beach, Fla., 
13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchidlren also survive.
Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
