Henry Gordy Dies suddenly.

Mr. Henry Gordy of the Atwater District died suddenly
Thursday morning in Thomaston. He was in Stubbs Pharmacy
at the time when stricken suddenly with Acute Indigestion
and died in about 15 minutes.

Mr. Gordy's funeral and burial will occur at Atwater
Friday Morning at 10 O' clock. Rev. J. E. Barron will
conduct the exercises with Stephens undertaking Co. in
charge of arrangements.

The deceased was a member of the Nazarine Church.

Mr. Gordy is survived by his widow, Mrs. Sara L. S.
Gordy, two daughters, Misses Lavada and Lydia Gordy and
four sons, R. Fitch Gordy, Garfield Gordy, Aca Gordy and
Pat Gordy. Mt Gordy was 72 years of age and lived in
Upson Co. all his life.
