Hardage     

Mrs. Eliza Hardage age 81, widow of the lare John David
Hardage, passed away Sunday afternoon, August 7th, 1932
at her daughter, Mrs. J.M. Adams residence of Barnesville
Street following several weeks of illness. Mrs. Hardage
was the daughter of the late Jackson and Around Christie
Wheeless all pioneer citizens of Upson County.

Other than the daughter Mrs. J.M. Adams, she leaves on
son, Mr. J.J. Hardage of Meansville and one brother, Mr.
W.H. Wheeless of Thomaston, Ga., seven grandchildren, and
seven great grandchildren. The funeral was held at her
daughter’s residence at 2 o’clock Monday afternoon
with Rev. C.O. English officiating. Interment in Wheeless
cemetery near Waymanville.
