HIGHTOWER
Mr. Earl Hightower died at his home in Thomaston Monday
after a brief illness of appendicitis. his body was
carried to Mt. Olive church in Taylor Co. for burial
Tuesday. The funeral exercises were conducted by Rev. Mr.
Flournoy, pastor Mt. Olive church, assisted by Rev. G. C.
Knowles, pastor of East Thomaston Methodist church, with
Stephens Undertaking in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Hightower was 25 years of age and had lived in
Thomaston about one year. He is survived by his widow,
and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. V. S. Hightower of Columbus
Ga.
