Joe Allen officiating. Burial will follow in Upson Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Isbell went home to be with her Heavenly Father on Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2000. Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Isbell was the daughter of the late Meadie Hubbard Drake and the late Stonewall Drake of Union Point Ga. She was a member of Silvertown Baptist Church where she served as Women's Missionary Union Director for 27 years and served as Sunday School Children's Director for 30 years. Mrs, Isbell was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Livington Isbell and her oldest son, Douglas Albert Isbell. Survivors include her children, Stan and Ann Isbell of Thomaston, Joyce and L.T. Lowe of Bostick, Ga., Brenda and Ken Weaver of Douglasville and daughter-in-law, Wanda Isbell of Griffin; Grandchildren, Craig and Andrea Sanders of West Point, Spencer and April Moseley of Ewa Beach, Hawaii, Mark and Amy Lowe of Noblesville, Ind. Chuck and Karen Bloodsworth of Pembrooke Pines, Fla. Brad Isbell of Griffin and Keith Weaver of Douglasville; Great grandchildren, Ashlin Blood Bloodsworth, Molly and Peter Lowe; other survivors include numerous nieces and nephews and her best friend, Louise Anthony.
