Funeral Notices
Jones

Mr. John Lee Jones, age 55, passed away early Saturday
morning January 21, 1933, at his residence on Railroad
St. after a short illness. He is survived by his widow,
Mrs. Rosa Lee Jones, one daughter, Mrs. Estelle Peterman
of Taylor County, five sons, Edgar Jones of Americus,
Dave, Walter Lee, Johnnie and Buford Jones of Thomaston;
and ten grandchildren. The remains was carried to
Pottersville, Ga. for funeral and Interment, which was
held at Mt. Olive Church Sunday morning with the Rev.
Moore officiating.
