Mr. Odell (Dick) Kinsler, 69, died Tuesday night, April 5 at providence Nursing 
Home.  Funeral services are scheduled at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 7 at the 
Chapel of Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home with the Rev. Carol Fox officiating.  
Interment will follow at South View Cemetery.
Mr. Kinsler was a native of Pendleton, S.C. and had been a resident of Upson 
County for 53 years.  He retired in 1977 as a department manager in the carding 
room of Thomaston Mills.  He was a member of Zion's Chapel United Methodist 
Church and a former member of the Thomaston Lions Club.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mildred Morgan Kinsler of Thomaston, two 
daughters;  Mrs. Ann Kinsler Cooper of Marietta and Mrs. Sally Kinsler Gresham 
of Atlanta, seven sisters;  Mrs. Edna Posey of Butler, Mrs. Mildred Teal and 
Mrs. Vivian Stevens of Thomaston, Mrs. Sue Irvin of Gainesville, Mrs. Grace 
Elrod of Enterprise, Ala., Mrs. Junaita Harrell of Rockmart and Mrs. Johnnie 
Gordy of Thomaston, three brothers;  Mr. Durward Kinsler of Yadkinville, N.C., 
Mr. Eugen Kinsler of Dahlonega and Mr. Grady Kinsler of Danburg, Ga., six 
grandchildren and one great grandchild
