Melton 

Mr. Green B. Melton age 64 died suddenly at his residence
near Crest Monday afternoon November 28th 1932. He leaves
his widow who was Miss Vashie Owens before their
marriage, one daughter, Mrs. T. A. Daniel, two sons;
Lewis l. and Jim H. Melton all of Crest., for sisters,
Mrs. Josh Riggins of Thomaston, Mrs. Emma Holt of
Griffin, Mrs. Beulah Owens of Manchester and Mrs. John
Ledford of Gay, Ga. One brother, Mr. Cabe Melton of crest
and eight grandchildren. the funeral and interment was
held at Hendricks near Crest Tuesday afternoon with Rev.
C. O. English officiating.
