MORRIS  

Mr. Thomas Marian Morris, age 80, one of Upson's
pioneer citizens, died at his home near Atwater, late
Friday night, Jan. 29, after a short illness.

He is survived by his widow; three sons, Al. Morris,
Woodbury Ga., W. W. Morris, Meansville Ga., and A. C.
Morris, Thomaston; two daughters, Mrs. Delphi Bagley,
Tyrone, Ga., and Mrs. W. B. McCard, Meansville, Ga., and
19 grandchildren.

Funeral services were conducted from Atwater Church
Sunday morning by the Rev. C. W. Bailey and the Rev. J.
W. Taylor, Interment was made in the Church Cemetery.
