Mrs. Ida M. Hardage
Thomaston---Mrs. Ida Mae Hardage, age 87, of 200 Wilson Way, died Wednesday at 
the Heritage Nursing Home in Barnesville after an extended illness.  Funeral 
services wee held Thursday at 11 a.m. from the New Harmony Baptist Church with 
the Rev. Rovbert Akins officiating.  Burial was in Glenwood Cemetery with 
Coggins Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Hardage was alife-time Upsonian.  She was a member of the Bethlehem 
Primitive Baptist Church.
Survivors include five sons;  G. W. Hardage, Barnesville, Charles Hardage, 
Griffin, Hewell Hardage, Bonair, and L.H. Hardage and Harold Hardage, both of 
Thomaston, two sisters;  Mrs. C. B. Short and Mrs. Ruth Grant, both of 
Thomaston, 13 grandchidlren 18 great grandchildren and 5 great great-
grandchildren.

NOTE:
Date of death is March 15, 1978, actually
8 days before her 87th birthday; her
birthdate is listed as March 23, 1891.
