Mr. John Allen Lawrence
Funeral services were held for Mr. John Allen Lawrence, 73, of 247 Triune Ave., 
Monday, Feb. 24, 1986 at 2 p.m. at the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home.  Mr. 
Lawrence died Sunday, Feb. 23 at the Upson County Hospital.
The Rev. Dean Hemphill officiated.  Burial was held in Molena Cemetery of 
Molena.  Coggins Funeral Hope was in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Lawrence was employed at Hill Construction Copmpany of Thomaston and was 
also a life-long citizen of Thomaston.
He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Barbara Taunton of Atlanta, one son, Mr. 
Jerry Lawrence of Thomaston, two brothers:  Mr. Render Lawrence of Molena, and 
Mr. Jack Lawrence of Woodbury, two sisters; Miss Wilhelmina Lawrence of Macon, 
and Mrs. Carolyn Pearce of Corral Gable, FL.  Two Grandchildren also survive.
